This year’s fashion show highlighted all of the newest styles in prom attire and casual spring wear. Modeling prom dresses from A Step Ahead, the seniors looked eloquently runway ready, many displaying dresses with sequins or rhinestones. The senior guys rocked tuxes from Zemo’s in a wide variety of colors, including Anthony Kresmery, who wore a green tux, and Dylan Senecal, who effortlessly sported a red tux. The juniors modeled casual spring clothes from Lord & Taylor, exhibiting brightly colored dress shirts with light jackets on top. While many girls wore floral dresses, Haley LaMotta opted for white pants and a black jacket, the perfect outfit for a spring shopping trip. Junior Anna Johnson described the experience, “Being up on stage was nerve-racking at first, but when I saw all the familiar faces in the audience I calmed down, smiled, and just acted like myself. I loved the outfit I wore and all the compliments I got on it. Overall it was a great experience, and I would definitely do it again!” The night continued to be eventful with “promposals” from Junior Cris Diaz to Megan Rule, as he got down on one knee with a flower. Senior Billy Santora also asked Shannon Stabile with a hidden paper in his tux that asked “PROM?” Everyone in the audience cheered along as both Megan and Shannon said “yes.” – See more at: https://shsroundtable.com/showcase/2014/03/26/from-classroom-to-catwalk/#sthash.nVasZ3pp.dpuf
