Blast from the past: SHS teacher photos

Paulomi Rao and Kerry Fahan, Staff Writers

The dreaded picture day arrives. You find yourself buying new clothes, getting your hair done, all for this one picture. THE PICTURE that will be in the yearbook that will be remembered forever and ever and ever (it’s not like you will put it in a box of stuff that you will leave in your parents’ attic once you go to college.) THE PICTURE that will be on your ID card, the one that you might show the proctor if you take your SATs and just so happen to misplace your permit or passport. It all comes down to one snap. The man behind the camera is some middle-aged guy whose job is to push a button, and with that, he clicks away.
So you’re either a person who always loves their picture or one gets it back and is like “Mom, you really don’t have to send it to Uncle Bill down the street.” Turns out, Stamford High has been around long enough that some of your teachers may have had similar feelings. Above are a few of your favorites who attended SHS for their own senior pictures. Can you guess who’s who?
