Hey there! So today’s burger is from a place where you probably don’t immediately think of burgers. Today’s restaurant is Buffalo Wild Wings, I mean wings is literally in the name. I didn’t have high hopes for this one, I thought it would be like Plan B Burger *gag*. But, Buffalo Wild Wings was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t order the traditional cheeseburger, I once again decided to branch out and try their Cheese Curd Bacon Burger. Before we get into the deliciousness that was the burger let’s delve into Buffalo Wild Wings past. The chain restaurant started out in Columbus, OH before expanding all over the country. The branch focuses on three main things for their business to thrive: wings, beer and sports. These are the core values of the restaurant and they definitely deliver with an abundance of wings to choose from and the many flatscreen televisions lining the walls. With a menu dedicated to just drinks, it’s obvious why people flock to BWW for food, TV and drinks.

Now, back to the burger, I was shocked by how large it is. I honestly felt like I couldn’t eat it all, just an FYI, I finished it fairly fast actually. They delivered the burger well done, without me saying anything, and it was topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, cheddar cheese curds and a special sauce. I believed it would be like Plan-B Burger all over again, but it was the exact opposite. The burger was full of flavor and not dry at all like well done burgers can be. I thought that the melted cheese plus the cheddar cheese curds all in under one bun would be too cheesy and therefore overpower everything and turn me off from the burger. The burger was fantastic as a whole and the sauce they put on really completed the burger. While I have read some reviews about people having the worst experience at B-Dubs, and not having enough staff, or food not coming out correctly or taking way too long. I had a great experience in fact our server was fantastic. He worked quickly and always made sure that my table had everything it needed in order to keep us happy.
