During a half-time ceremony at the October 18, 2019 “Pink Out” football game, Stamford High students and staff presented Bennett Cancer Center Director of Development Gayle Alswanger a check for $9,000, which was raised this year.
This year will mark the 13th straight year that Stamford High School will host a Pink Out to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer (and all cancer). As a school we have donated just over $134,000 to various cancer research organizations. In order to keep this tradition alive we really need your help. We are hundreds of orders short of reaching our annual goal of donating $10,000. Please help us out by purchasing a shirt (or two) and helping promote sales and donations. This has always been a school effort and every year of participation has contributed to this amazing total.
