The Supporting Survivors Club, run by science teacher Amanda Yannett and school psychologist Dr. Emily Segal, hosted an awareness-themed event in the courtyard Thursday. Maddison Ng and Raeanne Iacovacci report.
Gabby is a senior at Stamford High and is very excited to continue her second year with The Round Table as Co-Editor-in-Chief for the 2023-2024 school year. Gabby is a tutor, babysitter, and lifeguard at the Italian Center of Stamford. She has also managed Boys Lacrosse for the past three years. Outside of school, she enjoys volunteering and spending lots of time with family and friends. She loves to work in teams and collaborate with others. This year, she is looking forward to meeting all the new Round Table staff, overseeing all the upcoming projects, and putting together The Round Table's best work yet!
Maddi is a senior at Stamford High and is beyond grateful to be a Co-Editor-in-Chief for the Round Table for the 2024-2025 school year. She is a full IBDP student but also participates in many extracurriculars. Maddi has played volleyball at Stamford High for 4 years and did softball for her starting 2 years. She still continues her love for the game as she manages the softball team during their spring season. Maddi is apart of NHS, Asian Club, Cancer Kids First Club, Morgan’s Message Club, BuildOn Club, and more. Outside of school she enjoys hanging out with her friends, shopping, and playing with kids. She hopes to continue the legacy of the Round Table and make friends with all the staff!
Raeanne is thrilled to join the Round Table editing staff in her second year with the publication, now as one of two radio directors! Outside of the Round Table, she is a part of Girl Scouts and enjoys playing guitar in her free time. She’s excited to spend this upcoming year with the staff!
