September 25^th can’t come soon enough for the millions of “Gladiators” across the globe awaiting the return of the ultra-popular drama series Scandal. The ABC show is famous for its shocking plot twists and turns, but the Season Three finale episode dropped major bombs: literally and figuratively. The major highlights of the episode included Huck ending things with Quinn and returning to his first wife and child, who he hadn’t seen in years. Also, with Rowan Pope back as “Command”, Maya Pope was put in “The Hole.” The most important scandal, however, is that Olivia Pope quit OPA! Yes, the one all gladiators aspired to be like quit her role as political fixer, to take a more calm and secluded life far away, with Jake Ballard by her side. After she made this decision, Fitz learned that he has won the presidency for four more years and fell to the floor in despair. The First Lady, Mellie Grant, tried to console him and immediately calls Olivia, who chooses not to pick up. Viewers are left in shock with this explosive season finale and can’t wait for what Season Four will bring.

ABC recently released a teaser on September 8^th showing what looks to be Olivia Pope relaxing on a beach and drinking her famous red wine. This teaser brings up the question that’s on everyone’s mind, “Where on Earth is Olivia Pope?”  Will Olivia ever return to Washington D.C. where she is needed and essentially belongs? What will Rowan now have up his sleeve as becoming “Command” once again? Will Maya Pope ever see the light of day and escape The Hole? Will Fitz have to live without Olivia forever? What will happen to the gladiators back to OPA? Are Jake and Olivia going to live the life she planned and wanted with Fitz like the idea of Vermont? Gladiators will have to wait for these questions to be answered Thursday, September 25^th and there’s no doubt that the show’s producer Shonda Rimes will deliver an unforgettable season.
